Thank you for sharing! What I'm reading between the lines is that no one expects AI to be a magic silver bullet that will transform everything in one go. It's a myriad lessons, decisions, experiments, changes, involving every single person, month after month, year after year.

Yeah 100%.

I've been obsessively using AI for everything from Jungian analysis to picking watches to writing strategy documents. But after months of experimentation, I'm hitting the boundaries of what's currently possible.

It's become clear AI isn't a panacea, but rather a tool that gets us to baseline quality much faster. The real challenge is figuring out how to integrate it effectively into workflows, which takes time and experimentation.

Work will absolutely change (which I covered this in a previous post), but it's going to be through countless small discoveries (as you say) rather than one big transformation IMO

Yep, I also try to use it everywhere. Maybe another way to see is that it's not only about raising the ceiling but also, and maybe especially, raising the floor — getting to the baseline, in your words.
